* Add WTF Games to Blogs and Portals

Add WTF Games as a free HTML5 games portal in the Blogs and Portals section.

* Fix alphabetical order for WTF Games

Place WTF Games alphabetically after WhatGamesAre in the Blogs and Portals section.

* Fix README ordering per review

* Remove trailing blank line
